Before I begin a new project, I learn everything I can about my client or audience. I develop an understanding of the company, culture, and target audience through research and direct communication with my client. Then, I create and present a concept for the project based on my client’s goals, requirements, budget, and deadline.

Once the project plan and timeline are agreed upon, I create a mock-up for the design that reflects the aesthetic of the final project. If the mock-up meets my client’s approval, I move forward with the design. For website designs, I develop the front and back end simultaneously with constant testing to ensure that they are properly integrated.

I meticulously review every detail of my design before submitting the final project to my client. Then, I test it and fix any remaining issues. Finally, I make sure all the project files are organized and packaged for the client to easily understand and implement.

I believe in continuous improvement, especially for anything realted to the web. Everything is constantly changing, so it is essential to stay one step ahead. I offer continuous support for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including analytics, and User Experience (UX) improvements based on the website viewers’ feedback.
